mount: /dev/hda1 already mounted or /mnt/win_c busy
mount: according to mtab, /dev/hda1 is mounted on /

show me your mtab !
#cat /etc/fstab
then show me the result of command below:
#fuser -mv /mnt/win_c
if your get "command not find.." ...(such as.) .
try to find it:
#whereis fuser
do not forget 2 send me a short message :-)
