boot loader booting:一般是硬件上电直接执行rom中的代码，如bios和vivi都是初始化基本的硬件和最低层io口等,同时还负责加载操作系统的内核,bios启动完成后就交bmr执行完成内核的加载,并交控制权给内核;vivi直接加载内核直接把控制转给内核..

内核自己启动一般是为了在上面基础上完成自己系统所以功能的初始化..
