Responsibilities:
The Linux OS Engineer will conduct low-level bring-up and support for a variety of unique hardware platforms. The Linux OS engineer will:
1）Develop hardware support in the Linux kernel for platforms and devices.
2）Support the development of a wide range of projects.
3）Select solutions, install, support and maintain our embedded system running Linux Embedded
4）Support, maintain, and upgrade our Linux server for production and development.
Requirements:
1）Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science or related disciplines.
2）At least 2 years of related experience on Linux platforms, preferable on Embedded Linux.
3）Mastering one of the following distribution RedHat, Debian, Gentoo is a must.
4）C, Perl, Shell command expertise is a must.
5）Ability to communicate and write in English documentation is a must.
6） Ability to administer Samba, Apache, MySQL are recommended.
7）Setting up and deployment of embedded systems (ulibc), cross compil is a big plus.
8）Network and IPC programming are a big plus. 9）Knowledge in LAN/WAN environment and internet related infrastructure (VOIP, VPN, Firewall)
Expectations:
1）Candidate should be passionate, motivated, autonomous, organized, willing to learn, and have positive attitude.
2）Candidate should have initiative mindset, able to troubleshoot and adapted solutions.
